RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of packages postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt and issue an exchange ONLY. Please submit a request at support@luxefitwear.com for further instructions. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and postmarked for return within 14 days. Any items postmarked after 14 days will not be accepted and the returned items will be forfeited. Items that appear worn, or that have stains will not be accepted.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless error was made by Luxe Fit Wear. We recommend using a method that provides a tracking number. Luxe Fit Wear is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail or once the return package is shipped from customers desired shipping method. We reserve the right to reject orders on customer accounts with excessive returns or consistent falsification.
Upon verification, Luxe Fit Wear takes responsibility if after 60 days you never receive a purchase, if an item arrives damaged, or if the wrong item/different items arrives than what you have purchased. These returns will be paid for fully by Luxe Fit Wear.  If an item is damaged upon delivery, in order for Luxe Fit Wear to assume responsibility, please contact us at  support@luxefitwear.com with a picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery so that we can issue a new item.  
Items are processed within 24 hours and can not be cancelled after this. There are no refunds on AFTERPAY orders under any circumstances as this is a loan with the third party provider AFTERPAY

EXCHANGES POLICY

Exchanges are based on availability of stock and there is no guarantee of available stock due to the high demand and traffic rate of each product. To expedite an exchange for a different size or color, please return your item within 14 days by contacting Luxe Fit Wear support@luxefitwear.com and place a new order online to ensure product availability. A return refund of the original item will be processed upon arrival at our warehouse.
